Andruss Peskin Corp. Selected as Jomar Valve Representative for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic

Andruss Peskin Corp. Selected as Jomar Valve Representative

Andruss Peskin Corp. (AP Corp.) has been selected as the Jomar Valve representative for Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Eastern New York, Eastern Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont. Engineers, contractors, distributors and plant personnel across those territories now have a local team to call for Jomar valves and for the practical application help that goes with them.

What does Jomar Valve make?

Jomar Valve is based in Warren, Michigan, and has been supplying valves for more than 50 years. Its parent company, Fratelli Pettinaroli, is an ISO 9001 manufacturer based in northern Italy. Jomar's line includes ball valves, butterfly valves, check valves, balancing valves, strainers and actuation products, and it serves plumbing, HVAC, gas, industrial and process control applications.

For industrial users, the flanged ball valves are a good example. Jomar offers Class 150 and Class 300 designs in stainless or carbon steel, built as two-piece, full port valves, with UL Listed and CSA certifications. Full port simply means the bore matches the pipe, so flow isn't choked down at the valve.

Why AP Corp.?

AP Corp. concentrates on industrial and process control products, and that focus shapes how the team works with customers. A valve is rarely a stand-alone decision. It has to suit the fluid, the pressure class, the temperature, the end connections, the actuation method and the codes that apply to the job. AP Corp.'s engineers are used to working through those questions with customers before an order is placed, not after something arrives that doesn't fit.

That is where engineering and application expertise earns its keep. Whether a customer is specifying quarter-turn isolation for a process line, choosing a check valve to keep flow moving in one direction, or looking for balancing valves to even out flow in a hydronic loop, AP Corp. can help match the product to the real operating conditions. If a project calls for automation, the team can also talk through actuated valve packages so the valve and actuator are selected together.

How do excellence and expertise fit together?

Jomar describes its approach as a commitment to quality, innovation and customer service, and the company's certifications reflect that. A well-made valve is only part of the picture, though. It also needs to be the right valve, specified correctly and supported after it ships. Pairing Jomar's manufacturing standards with AP Corp.'s hands-on engineering support gives customers in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic both pieces: a product built to a high standard and a representative who knows how to apply it.
